At the beginning of February, I was able to head to Northern Michigan to photograph the amazing Anderson family.

I’ve known Steph and Nick since our college days. And I’ll admit, I did’t know them as well as I wished to. But getting the chance to know them even just a little bit all these years later, they are stinkin phenomenal people.

It ended up taking me 2 hours longer to get to their house due to a snow storm, and as soon as I got there, they told me to make myself at home and were all about making me coffee and chatting and hanging out. Seriously, stinkin amazing people! So glad I was able to photograph this wonderful family!

Nick, Steph, thank you so much for inviting me into your home and being so amazing! I had literally the best time with your beautiful family. Your girls are hilarious and I can’t wait to watch them continue to grow!
