This number can vary considerably based on your final choices and preferred guest experience, but this is a great place to start when establishing a budget here at the manor. Also, keep in mind that your guest count directly impacts your overall budget because the majority of your vendors you book outside of food and beverage is fixed pricing.”

Seasonal Considerations

It’s worth noting that Greencrest Manor has a peak season from mid-April through October, during which weddings can take place in their beautiful Celebration House for up to 200 guests. From November through early April, all events must take place inside the manor, with off-season events limited to a maximum of 50 guests for a cocktail-style reception. Seated dinners are available for 40 or fewer guests during this time.
